Plan your ride.

The PedalPeak app checks the weather, wind and climbs along your route at the time you'll actually be there, tells you what to wear and how to fuel, and keeps an eye on your bike's parts. It's almost ready.

One email when it launches. Free while in beta, works with Strava.

The app's forecast for the Oberägeri Loop: 17 to 24 degrees, 18% headwind, no rain, finish at 13:05, two categorized climbs and what to wear

The forecast rides with you.

A weather app tells you what it's like at home right now. PedalPeak samples temperature, wind and rain along the whole route, at the hour you'll pass each point. You see the ride you'll actually get, before you commit to it.

The app's Plan screen: pick one of your Strava routes or a Pedal Peak route, choose a start time, average speed and direction

Dressed and fuelled for the day.

Every forecast comes with a clothing list matched to the coldest point of the ride and a fuel plan: carbs, fluid and sodium per hour, plus what to pack. No more freezing descents in a summer jersey, no more empty legs at kilometre 90.

The app's advice for a ride: wear short sleeves and sunglasses, take about 75 g carbs and 625 ml per hour, pack 4 carb mix bottles, 4 energy bars and 2 gels

A garage that watches your parts.

Your bikes come in from Strava, and every ride counts against the parts on them. The app tells you when the chain, pads or tires are due before they let you down on a mountain.
