Up via Adlisberg to get the breathing started, through Pfaffhausen and Maur for the scenic part, then the main course: the Pfannenstiel. Long enough to hurt, pretty enough to forgive. A few rollers on the way back so the legs don't get bored. Ride finishes at Napule in Zollikon, pizza for those who earned it (and those who didn't, no judgment). Bring: legs, appetite, maybe cash for tip. Dont forget front and back light - no light, no ride 💡
